Order Information:
It is simple and safe shopping in the webshop of Bommel & Bach.
Step 1
You choose the furniture, the color, the buttons on the door and the buttons on the drawer. Make your choice by clicking on the appropriate box. Click on "Add to your shopping cart”.
In your shopping cart you can easily change the quantity, remove an item and continue shopping again.

When your order is complete click on "Enter your details" fill in your details, through which dealer you want the delivery and click on "Place order" and you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Step 3
You paid the deposit (20% of the total amount) to Bommel & Bach.
The order will be processed once the deposit is received and you will receive the expected delivery week.
Step 4
A week before the delivery, we make an appointment with you to deliver your order. You pay the remaining amount on delivery.
Payment:
Orders under € 250,-
After receiving of the order confirmation you pay the total amount in advance by bank.
Orders over € 250,-
After receiving of the order confirmation, we ask you for a deposit of 20% of the total amount. Once this payment is received, the order will be processed. You pay the remaining amount cash on delivery of your order or if you wish at least 3 days for the delivery by bank.
Delivery: All orders over € 500,- will be deliverd to you for free.
The furniture will be deliverd to you by Bommel & Bach or the dealer, assembled and/of placed, with the exception of the 'Outlet' furniture
Outlet furniture will be deliverd to you on the ground floor, behind the 1st door. And if desired, due to the competitive pricing, at extra charge delivery, mounting and/or placement on the floor.
For orders under € 500,- we charge € 35,- freight charges or you van pick up your order at your dealer.
You will receive notice when your order is ready for pick up.
Delivery time:
An indicative delivery time is listed per article. We do utmost to deliver the order to you within that period. If we can not deliver on time, you will immediately receive a notice from us writing or by telephone.
Pick up:
You can also choose to pick up your order in the Bommel & Bach Showroom in Staphorst (NL)
You will receive notice when your order is ready for pick up.
